Rants about how I discovered this series under the cut~

When my copy of the GazettE's Repeated Countless Error came a while ago, CD Japan gave some free mags/pamphlets along with it.
One of the mags, V!nyl Syndicate - which is the Japanese brand, Sexpot Revenge's sort of promotional mag - had articles promoting new releases and the sorts. But since they're in Japanese, and I can't read kanji, so I just browsed through to look at pictures.

While browsing, I came across this one article about a movie release, called "Detroit Metal City" (DMC) -- the title's in katakana so I can read em. It looked interesting, and from the pictures I can guess pretty much that it's about a musician with two identities, sort of. I just remembered the title for any possible future use.

And then today randomly I clicked on Aki's (SID) blog, and one of his entries showed pictures of DMC merchandise.
My eyes went --> O___O

Immediately I looked for info on DMC through Wiki, and I found out that the movie (live action) has just been released, a fairly new release in Japan. Actually it's an adaptation of its manga, and it has been made into an anime series as well.

Curious, I looked for the anime.
Only 2 episodes so far.

And the first episode was CRAZY FUNNY AS HELL XD

So now I have MORE distractions from my studying.
I have a final paper tomorrow, and my willpower is weak >_<
I'll hold back until the paper's done tomorrow~

I'll definitely follow this series!! XDDD
