Sometimes,
when I see this one artist,
I'll go : "Eh, he looks familiar..."

And today, I'll make comparisons.

one : Aki (SID) & Hiroto (alice nine.)

Some people even made a theory that they're brothers. Plus they have that 'rockstar' attitude on stage (borrowed that line from someone's comment at YouTube).

two : Aoi (the GazettE) & Miyavi

This is personally my favorite. because :
They both speak Kansai dialect, having been born there. (note : I like Kansai dialect ^^ eheh.)
They both have lip rings. the same design too. (altho I *just* noticed Aoi doesn't wear em anymore...)
They both almost always have black hair aka no dye. (exception to extensions.)
And somehow, to me, they have the same face structure...

three : Saga (alice nine.) & Gackt

this is just me, yeah. eheh.

-- what do you think? Is there even anyone reading this, anyways?

Reason to Smile Today :
alice nine. picture-hunting spree~ haha.

About first one: I say it's just a coincidence and imagination running wild.
Second: there are similarities but I say the same thing here. Their hairstyles truely resemble each other but yet, when it comes to face, I wouldn't say they look alike. Nise assumptions tho', I mean, comparisons, in both 1st and 2nd case.
Third: the attitude, maybe? And posing, making faces etc?

Btw, I also like Kansai-ben, it's such a crazy dialect. I had a friend in Osaka for three weeks, I envy her partly for the Kansai-ben part.

Kansai-ben is somehow amusing 8D
There's this one anime movie I watched, Mind Game, where the characters all speak Kansai-ben (well, as far as I listened). It's a crazy/absurd/nonsensical movie, but really great nonetheless.

For Aoi and Miyavi, yea it's just me then, the face. *shrugs*
But currently they both are having long hairs I think. For stage purposes, at least. I miss Aoi with the lip ring, actually.

For Saga and Gackt, yeah maybe because of the pose. And attitude, sort of. Also there's this one member of a band I forgot the name, he looks EXACTLY like Saga. I thought it was him at first...

It reminds me from badasses and villains and tomboys. Something like that, I guess. And Yakuza, that too. It's like a dialect for showing off/showing rough attitude.

I'm bad at describing people's facial looks, like comparing differences, but yea, still don't see the same.
I guess it was "about the time" for him to take it off. As people age, they usually will also get rid of their piercings. Noo, I don't wanna age and give up on my eyebrow piercing! Haha. But yeah, aging makes you come to different phases and growing over things. But it looked good on his face, really. Many Japanese rockstars, "Jrockers" (I don't like the term but used here to drive the point through) seem fond on lip piercings especially, looking rather ok but in Aoi's case, it was like part of him. Seeme so at least.

Look-alikes are crazy. Kind of deceiving.
