Postponing the last

For some weird reason,
I have this 'disability' of not being able to watch the last episode of any series.

What I'll do is, I'll follow the series intently from start til the second last episode, and then...I'll leave a couple of days til I watch the final one.

Like when I watched Rookies, I waited for some days til I can bring myself to see the ending of it. Same goes to Samurai High School (a drama I'm currently following now); I watched the 2nd last episode like 3-4 days ago, prolly more, and I still can't face the fact that I'm gonna reach the end of it.

Oh right, the same thing happened when I read Harry Potter, the last book "The Deathly Hallows" -- I let a few days to pass before I can find enough 'courage' to finally read the last chapter and accept that Harry Potter will not have another amazing story for its continuation.

Maybe cuz it's just hard to let go, y'know, the awesomeness of something you've followed for a while; and knowing that it's ending, I can't help it but feel a bit sad :')

Anyway, yeah. That's my story of the day.

I have stopped watching a myriad of anime series/have never ended them. Serial Experiments Lain, Chobits, Loveless, Rurouni Kenshin, Mushishi, Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Naruto, Bleach (ok I'll take the last one back a bit, I got re-curious about how it is doing currently. I was a great fan about the age of 15, haha. Besides the series isn't continuing with the original plan but has it's 3rd filler ever holding main stuff back) and some doramas like Last Friends etc. Mostly due to own lazyness but I have to say it's always sort of distressing having to come to the end of it. What also I don't really watch anime anymore hence it's even more far-fetched to continue from where I stopped the last time.

Talking about the a-movie-I've-been-watching-has-just-ended feeling? It leaves you surrealistic and longing imo.
